Exceptional service

We often quick to lodge a complaint but never a compliment. I would like to compliment the excellent service that i was given by Mandy and Michelle during my claim process. They kept me updated and ensured i understood all medical terminalogy from start to end with the claim i submitted. They also did not leave me with any unpaid bills especially when i am on maternity leave and with a new baby. They are true assets to the company and hope they get rewarded. We need more people like them in the customer service industry. Great job ladies. Thank you
