WORST INSTITUTE - CIMA JHB

I have registered with IBTC institute to complete the CIMA Gateway Exam, however i have now changed my mind and cancelled the exam which i have been postponing for a year. The cancellation has been processed however CIMA now refuses to refund my fees paid, i have spoked wtih Patrick who bluntly states there is no refund and apparently that on the particular batch that my fees have been paid did CIMA and IBTC confirm that there will be no refunds. This was not communicated to me by CIMA or IBTC. I have had to contact CIMA and IBTC on my own during the process of cancellation without any assistance. It is unacceptable that CIMA and IBTC keep my fees paid when i will not be writing an exam. CIMA is a global company and seeks no benefit from retaining student fees, this impacts my financial being.
