STUDIES THROUGH CIMA A DISASTER AND A MONEY RACKET

CIMA closes there calendar for you to book your examinations if you want to extend your exams. When you email they say they will get back to you in 72 hours. It takes them more than a week to get back to you. Another three weeks to correspond with nothing happening. Until your exams that you want to extend expires. You then have to pay for another exam fee to be able to write the exam. They also lock you out of your access to CIMA saying that your user name which is a number that they gave you is not recognised. It takes them three days to respond and then you can access CIMA for a day and when you want to go in again CIMA again does not recognise your username. There admin is a disaster. If a Professional company's admin is so useless, what is there studies going to be like? I will not recommend them to anyone. False advertising and a money racket is my experience with nothing professional about them what so ever.
