Rudeness at its Highest Level

My daughter was set to write her exams through Cima at a designated venue on 01 Dec 2017; however when she arrived at the venue, the exam paper couldn't be loaded onto the system. She waited almost 2 hours only to be told that they were experiencing some issues which would be resolved shortly. An entire week later and the "system" was not sorted out. She went through a highly stressful week also trying to get hold of the support division of Cima, They are truly a bunch of rude and unhelpful people. She was made all the promises that all would be in order within a week; but she only wrote on 11 Dec. She unfortunately didnt make the required score by 2 points. She re-wrote again on 15 Dec 2018 and again didnt make the required score. This time she exceeded her previous score by 3 points. According to Cima she had to achieve a higher score. So How many more times was she to write as each time the pass score was getting higher. She emailed cima numerous times and had no response to her queries. She was asked last year to pay the registration fee for 2018, or else she was not able to pay for her exam. The fee was paid, but as she was not happy with the set up of cima ito their service and not being transparent,she requested to be de-registered. She was asked to send through an email which she did. This was in December 2017. Having had no feedback from them, I called the support centre and was dealt very rudely by a "Patrick". He raised his voice at me, and was not prepared to hear my complaint. He was adamant in not wanting to assist and I was told that I cannot get a re-fund of the registration fee. The academic year had not started so why shouldn't they refund the fee which was for this year of study. They shouldn't even have asked for the fee last year. From what I see, they are there just to ******* the students. We are paying in pounds not even in South African currency. Please students wanting to study via Cima, beware. This is day night *******. Don't get caught up with this institute. They are a ****.
