CIMA-Horrible Administration!

I've been trying to obtain exemptions from CIMA since December 2018. They aim to "respond within 72 hours", but I've been waiting for 2 months! Not only are the exemptions I am supposed to be getting not given, but no reason is provided either. I have emailed and called multiple times-NO RESULT. Is is so disappointing that a global organisation such as this has such poor administration.
