CIMA Admin and Website a mess

CIMA's admin is actually making me consider whether I actually want to continue my studies. I have completed SAICA articles, 10+ years commercial accounting experience, and they gave me 2 out of a potential 7 exemptions. After 4 months of asking, I still do not have an answer as to why. Person after person just does not give me a straight answer. The website is not user friendly, and now while I am trying to book exams, a balance is shown as owing that was settled more than 5 months ago. Very disappointing.
