Certify or Not

We are selling our home so Rawson Properties who's handeling the sale sent Cilltec to come and do the Beetle, Water & Electricity inspections and then do the necessary repair to make everything compliant. Only they did such a bad job on the plumbing that after complaining they sent out a second plumber who informed us that the work the first plumber his co-worker did was ******* and did not meet the Municipal guidelines NOW I ASK YOU IF THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO INSPECT AND THEN CORRECT THE TASKS TO ENABLE THEM TO GRANT YOU THE COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE AND THEY INSTALL INCORRECTLY THEMSELVES WHAT ARE THEY DOING ISSUEING CERTIFICATES IN THE FIRST PLACE. IT'S A JOKE AND TO MAKE MATTERA WORSE NOBODY FROM THE MUNICIPLALITY EVER COMES TO CHECK ON THOSE CERTIFICATES. IT IS JUST ANOTHER MONEY MAKING SCHEME.
