<p>I have app**** for a personal loan at Cifec Easy Marketing.I had a call from a Mr. Sylvester and he assured me that I qualify for a personal loan and that I need to pay over R600,00which is refundable in to there account.This payment was needed for the work that they have done to get me the loan.After a few weeks have gone by I still had no loan nor did Mr.Sylvester phone me.With great difficulty I got hold of him and he said unfortunately my loan was declined and that he will refund me the R600,00.Till today I have not receive any money and if you phone Cifec Easy Marketing they dont answer the phone.So please be carefull for this company.They will **** you out of your money.</p>
