Terrible Service, ******, Unprofessional

<p>We decided to visit this establishment on Sat to hang out with friends. it is unfortunate that i did not get the waitress and managers name. Waitress took order after a very long time, even failed to bring a glass of water, no arrival of cutlery. We ordered water and waited an hour for drinks order, it became too much, We asked another waitress to send her to our table, this effort was unsuccessful, we had to call for another waiter to give us our billl, because we wanted to leave due to the bad service. As we were complaining to the waiter, the original waitress came back and started shouting at us infront of other customers. She brought the bill and flung it on the table very abruptly. As we were walking out, we tried to address it with her. She told us to leave with our R300 bill. The disturbing part of this situation is that no effort was made by the management to rectify this behaviour, he had the audacity to tell us to keep it down while this waitress was shouting....I would not recommend anybody go to this place if you are looking for a good time even though it is a beautiful place. I cannot help but wonder if this would have been handled better if i were not black....I will make sure that i spread the word about this incident if it is not dealt with in an appropriate manner</p>
