No service from Cielo Benoni

Horrific service or rather no service at all. I went to the restaurant for dinner with my family and a lady we met at the door sat us down and told us a waiter will come soon. We waited for about 2 minutes and no one came. My husband went to find out if we’d be getting assistance but he was told someone will come through which they didn’t. This was shocking I love the food there but the service is horrible. I’ll never go there as there are lots of customer friendly restaurants in Benoni.
