Wrong item received

I am still stuck with the wrong item and no one is calling or assisting me . I hae received the wrong item twice and they ended up telling, me that the courier told them that i was not home which was lies . How did they get to my home because the Estate Security call me when they get to the gate . I brought it to their attention several times and its like they dont care
