wrong colour chairs sent twice

I ordered chairs from cielo lifestyle through laybye and was very specific about the chairs and colour i wanted. When I received the invoice i didnt check to see what they invoiced me for as I chose the item online. When they delivered I received silver chairs instead of the bronze that i ordered. I had them picked up but was told i would have to wait until the next shipment came. I waited over 3 months and when they finally delivered they sent the wrong colour again.

I was sent a refund excluding delivery fee. I find this totally unfair. Had the fault been mine I would not have minded taking the loss on the delivery. But clearly this is not the case
