Would NOT recommend

My experience with Cielo George had shocking customer service and delivery. We purchased 2 Antwan side tables. The first thing to take us back was discovering the company was a show room only and you had to await delivery from the warehouse in PE, but we understood that. Then you are told that you have to pay for delivery per item even if you order more than one, this is compulsory, no option to delivery to the store and collect. But again, we chose to accept this and purchase the items anyway. The side tables were delivered on the 5th working day post purchase. On unboxing them lead than 30min post delivery there was damage to one and mold growing in the second. After immediately attempting to contact the company for return and replacement I received no answer from any calls and had to send an email which was ignored for more than 48 hours. Overall it took 23 days for me to receive the items purchased. 17 days since the items were originally delivered and reported to be in poor condition and 10 days post collection of the faulty items for the final ones to come through. This store is not cheap, the communication was terrible and honestly if I didn't follow up every 3-4 days I'm not sure I ever would have received the items that I had paid for. Although the items in store look lovely, I would not recommended them to anyone! It was an incredibly frustrating experience with no apology for inconvenience at any step in the process.
