Worst online shopping experience ever

I bought a couple of bed and pots from the outlet in Table Bay Mall on the 7th of April 2022 on the day of finally delivering my items I requested they come collect as I was not happy with the product. I have been on a ba k and forth with the courier company and the furniture company. Courier service delivered the bed without a cover as they could not carry the bed whilst covered. Cielo wanted to collect the bed covered of which we eventually got someone from Table Bay to come and cover as I never received it before covered nor would I know how to cover a king size bed. Now it's been a struggle with the courier company Petals. They came to my house and decided to leave without saying they're leaving. I will not recommend online store especially with such complex transactions with Cielo where it involves 3rd parties. I have the bed in my house for more than a month now. Inconvenienced and very angry at how the matter was handled from the beginning. This was just a summary of the event. Worst service ever. Pot's are expensive and they discoloured in 1 single use. I'll never buy there EVER again and will tell friends and family about such experience.
