Worst customer service at Cielo

I bought a bed from Cielo furniture Stoneridge in greenstone however it made funny noises, sounded like it was broken. I logged a query with Cielo and my query was assigned to Dayyanah, she asked me to sent her the video so she can hear the sounds which i did immediately , almost a month later i am still stuck with a noisy bed that i spent lot of money on but cant sleep on it. This lady is worst customer service agent i have ever dealt with.i spoke to the manager at Cielo to make a follow and he never came back to me. Please be careful when buying from these people
