Worst customer service

I returned a product after delivery and repackage it nicely. Cielo received the returned product in good condition and I opted to use my credit to buy another item instead of a refund. I was told to place an order and informed to apply my credit on the new order. Now 2 weeks later my new order still not app**** my credit and I phone them every day to be forwarded to a different sales consultant who tells me that they will apply the credit. Same story every day did I fool myself by asking to purchase another product instead of a refund.

This is beyond worst customer service for a client who already has money with you instead of cashing that money on the new product and you keep sending me back and forth.

So if you don't want to give me the new item please just refund and i will be happy to go look elsewhere.

It is not even the first time I buy from you but now you treat me this way. Pathetic.
