Worst customer care and furniture. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Worst company, no service, poor quality. After waiting a month for our chairs, chairs arrived with marks, steel bent and upholstery none existent. I immediately logged a return. 9 days later, no one has contacted me about the upliftment, chairs are still in the boxes. Customer care just said that someone will contact me for upliftment then inspection. I already ordered beginning November. They still have my money. Worst experience ever. Do not order from them!!!!!!!
