Wood Boarer in Furniture

We received delivery of our tv unit and coffee table. When we opened the packaging we noticed that there was active wood boarer beetle in the furniture. Piles of wood dust / boarer all over the furniture. We called a pest controller who confirmed and reported it immediately to Cielo. We received a reply straight away apologising and advising the furniture would be replaced. It’s been 3 weeks since that communication and all follow up emails, whatsapp’s, phone calls etc have been ignored. Absolutely shocking and pathetic service. Would not recommend buying from them again.
