Wonderful experience interacting with the store

Cielo is one of the shops that I’ll keep going back to, mainly because of their customer service and because their prices are very reasonable. I bought 2 items and one of them was damaged on delivery. I contacted the shop to let them know, the after sales service was unmatched. The customer care did a follow up and I received a replacement within 2 weeks. I had a wonderful experience with the store!
