The online ordering process was easy and hassle free. Upon set up we discovered one of the parts had a manufacturing defect. It was such an easy process from logging the problem, to receiving the replacement part. I constantly received updates on the status of the query as well as the shipment of the new part. Throughout, all the staff especially Sune was very friendly and helpful. Will recommend and will use again.
