Will not honour warranty claim

<p>I bought an Amina *** Hide carpet in August 2016 from Ceilo. So it's four months old. The hair on the rug has started to come out in patches and I lodged a warranty claim. I have been told that my claim is not valid as it is natural material and normal wear and tear.</p> <p>As the carpet is four months old, wear and tear at this point does not make sense?? It's four months old and is patchy in places from hair loss? Surely this is not right? If it looks like this after four months, what is it going to look like in a couple of years? </p> <p>I was advised today that I must NOT vacuum or sweep the carpet? Huh? How am I supposed to keep it clean? It does get a vacuum once a week, but this is done gently and on a low setting.</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid over R4000.00 for this carpet and I was expecting quality, obviously not.</p> <p> </p> <p>I don't want a refund, I just want the carpet exchanged for another and I have been dismissed. This is NOT acceptable.</p>
