Whitney Plaatjies' excellent service

I recently interacted with Whitney on chairs I bought for my mom (we don't live together). Whitney managed to co-ordinate between my mom and I. She was very patient as most of my day is spent in meetings, therefore unanswered calls. She was polite and friendly throughout the process until we were sorted out.
