What a nightmare

Bought a base set, mattress and headboard. The sales lady Masego Phala informed us that it’ll take 4 - 6 weeks to be delivered. On weeks 7, I started to follow up because no one had bothered to inform me of any delays and still could not get any answers regarding when I was going to receive my goods. I had to contact the Facebook Page and only then was I starting to make progress. During all of this, Masego decided to add a so called “surcharge” because my delivery address was outside their area. What nonsense because I had informed her of the address and she failed to mention that I will be charged extra,. Nevertheless my items were eventually received, but the whole experience left a very bitter taste in my mouth. Will I ever buy anything from Cielo? Uhm, probably NOT,
