Warranty Repair - Extremely bad customer service.
Service received from customer service team has been pathetic. I have requested feedback regarding this case multiple times with no response (ongoing for ~ 4 weeks). I have had to phone the customer care line on multiple occasions to speak to the service consultant, who has been of absolutely no help. No knowledge of repair process, no communication skills, no sense of urgency.
