Warranty claim from Cielo

I've often ordered from Cielo and their delivery time and quality of products have always been top notch. It was no different when I had to claim my first warranty recently with a patio umbrella. Although unfortunate that it was necessary, Cielo's customer service was amazing. They responded in a timeline manner, I never felt ghosted and after a few reasonable emails the product was picked up, repaired and delivered to my house in a working condition. I am still a happy customer.
