Very Poor customer service

I bought bed and pedestals at CIELO online on the 2nd of August and I received an email stating that they will be getting pedestals on the 6th of August and they will deliver the after that 3 to 5 working days. Now I waited and waited and just last week they sent me another email saying they will deliver on the 20th of September.

This is nonsense and very poor and bad customer treatment. Why do you take orders if you know you cannot deliver as per your online purchases of 3 to 5 working days deliver?
