Very disappointing service, stay away

Basically bought an entire bedroom set (Queen bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers). Specifically gave delivery instruction for them to phone me before delivery so that I could arrange to be there for delivery. That instruction was completely ignored so the they pitched with the delivery when I wasn't able to collect. They then took it back to there warehouse and the process had to start all over again, basically had to wait 4 more days because they didn't follow the instruction note. Finally when the order was delivered, the bed set was incomplete, I could not assemble it as 3 parts was missing. Now that I am trying to sort out the problem, the customer care email and phone number on their website is not working. I confirmed this number by just calling Cielo again but when I call the number it just says :"Number unobtainable"

Additionally it should be mentioned that the external delivery company the use, Campos, were super arrogant and suborn to the extend of being ***********. after refusing my suggestion to drive into the complex down to my house, they attempted to transport the entire bed set using a transport trolley as big as an office chair. Down a hill, stumbling around they attempted to transport the goods to only realize I was right from the beginning. Very unfriendly they then tried soliciting a bride to assemble the furniture which I then just refused.

Would not recommend.
