Very bad service after wooden beetles in table

Very bad service. We purchased a wooden coffee table in November/December 2020 and it had wooden beetles in, which has damaged the table extensively. We have requested a replacement table and it has taken 2 months with no results. The response time is shocking and they keep delaying the process.
