Very bad experience with Cielo

Very bad! I ordered a table and 4 chairs from Cielo and paid the full price on the product. In the description on the site where I ordered the furniture from, there stands that the furniture will be delivered to me in 3-5 working days. I got an e-mail that said that I will only receive the chairs in a months' time and the table a week after that. This is unacceptable! If they advertise it as one set I want it as one and if they say it will be delivered in 3-5 working days I want it in that time! Sharpen up your service!
