very bad communication from Cielo!!

so this is what i wrote to Cielo direct and to the branch at Alberton as Boitumelo offered to help me... its Friday and once again no reply from no one, i would warn people not to buy the one day specials, it is not very user friendly either to return your damaged items. hopefully someone will answer me after this medium communication of mine. 🤣🙏🙏🙏

See attached what I sent to Cielo, like I said if I want to return this to "one day only" they seem to want the complete set back.

Personally, I think this is a unit that was taken out of the damaged products that Cielo sell out of a shop in PE and sold it on the one day only sale and unfortunately I was the receiver😒😒😒.

Hopefully you can assist me regarding my problem.

You have a great day further and once again thank you for assisting me today with the purchase, i am back next week Wednesday, the holiday so you can deliver either Thursday or Friday.
