I recently ordered an Eames Replica Chair from Cielo. Upon receipt, I found that the overall quality was not to my satisfaction and raised my concerns with Ms. Roxann in Customer Care. I found her to be attentive and very professional at all times. She had the old unit collected and has just confirmed that Cielo would ship the new unit to me next week. I give her 10/10 for excellent Customer Service. Thank you.
