My experience was mixed, started off with PE branch who I found to be totally uninterested in helping, then happened to stop in George where the staff were so friendly and helpful couldn't do enough and lastly when I received the damaged canvas at the warehouse in PE who's manager Chantelle was extremely helpful and pushed the process after the 5th try I finally got a beautiful canvas that wasn't damaged:)
