Unpleasant service from Cielo (Balitto)
Very poor service from Cielo in Balitto. Bought a clock which was faulty, when I returned it was given another clock off the floor (not tested). It was a take it or leave it situation from the Manager (Denisha) leaving me very disappointed with how the situation was handled. Customer engagements are vital, it’s what keeps your business running. I’m never purchasing anything from that store ever again.
