Unhappy with their refund process and after sales service

I purchased 3 Chairs online , the chairs arrived on time. However the chairs were not compatable with my table therefore I had to return the items. I requested a refund and its been more than 3 weeks now since the refund was sent and I still haven't received the money back. The after sales service is the worst, the consultant Sune Nel has been great. But their refund system is awful , I have been calling constantly and till today the money has not reflected on my account.
