Unhappy Customers

I bought a 90/10 Duck Feather Down inner on One Day Only site but a Cielo Product. Every morning I wake up to scattered feather all over the room.. The inner is so uncomfortable to an extent I stopped using it cause of the feathers. I first thought it was because it's due but that persisted I tried to return it cause I wasn't satisfied but was told that's how the product is.. Never buy CIELO Inners!!
