Unbelievable Furniture Store

So I bought a Visco Pedic Cloud mattress on the 21st September from Table Bay Cape Town. Worst mistake ever, I had to constantly follow up for delivery thanks to your terrible after sales service. It was now my responsibility to track the mattress from Time Freight which went from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg to Cape Town and was now on it's way back to Port Elizabeth without delivery. Why you ask? Well I had to go to the Time Freight warehouse on Friday to demand delivery as promised and just when I thought the ordeal was over they discover the mattress has a hole in it which explains how it was suddenly on it's way back without delivery. So I have had to endure sleeping on the floor thanks to your terrible service. Please refund me my money today so I can buy a mattress from a reputable business with hassle free delivery. I left my bank details in store on Saturday which by the way refunds cannot be processed in store. Don't even get me started on that, just pay back my money.
