Unacceptable Customer Service
I place an order and paid for a Stone Velvet Harlem Queen size Headboard on 8 October 2020. Today I received a headboard with a different material, nothing close to Velvet. I contacted Monalisa who advised that she'll log a query/fault and a customer consultant will contact me AFTER 48 HRS. This is an URGENT matter which deserves an URGENT response. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE....
