Trust regained...thank you Tarryn Minnie

<p>I bought a headboard with cielo lifestyle in baywest mall on the basis they have stock. Once payment was made, and i had to inform the consultant she undercharged me for delivery and then make another payment to correct her mistake... i was informed delivery could take 2-5working days. Which i agreed to...on day 4 I received a call from the sale consultant informing me something had gone wrong with the delivery they will be dispatching it again and it will take another 2-5working days. To which i responded absolutely not, thats unacceptable...she rushed me off the phone and said she will speak to her manager. The manager of apparently both the stores called back later and apologised not before giving me irrelevant information about their internal issues and also with a different story than what the sales consultant had mentioned as the reason i havent received my headboard yet. She informed me that i would have my headboard by the 9th as they would have to remanufacture the headboard, she will however ask for an emergency production however cannot guarantee anyhting. She also got irate with me when I told her that has nothing to do with me and i have heard to different stories now from them and all I want is my headboard. She would call me this week to confirm delivery. I then decided to visit the moffet Showroom as i was in the area...planning to cancel my order and demand my money back...but the assistant Manager Tarryn Minnie really help restore my trust in your company. She phoned the warehouse to confirm they had two instock and that i would have delivery of my headboard today or tomorrow. She was so professional, friendly and helpful and made me feel as important as a client should feel. Thank you so much Tarryn. You should be the manager...</p>
