THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I Was very upset after having issues with a 2 month back order I nearly cancelled my order due to the frustration of the system but my sales consultant Monalisa Tose was exceptional she was patient quick to respond and found a solution to my issue not many consultants go beyond just an apology in my experience and she did, she went the extra mile to stay in after hours to further call in to make sure my issue was solved. in future cielo should not put things on request if they are unable to give an accurate time of arrival for the product it causes frustration for customers as well as the consultants. Monalisa served me well she is the reason I will consider to buy from Cielo again.
