<p>Ordered furniture online, received invoice, made EFT and 3 days later it was delivered. In perfect condition.</p> <p>Placed a subsequent order, same process. Faultless to a T.</p> <p>I placed another order for my Mom 2 days later. We were informed that stock levels were low and that there would be a waiting period. We were more than pleased with that reply. Received an email late yesterday afternoon. Furniture has been shipped and will arrive by Monday. </p> <p>I ordered furniture, made the EFT and was informed that the stock I ordered was sold out. I cancelled the order and the money was returned immediately.</p> <p>I needed to change the details on all our invoices, I sent the email to Natuscha and 30 minutes later, updated invoices were in my inbox.</p> <p> </p> <p>THIS IS THE BEST SERVICE WE HAVE HAD IN A LONG LONG TIME.</p> <p>WE LOVE CIELLO AND WILL BE USING THEM FOR A LONG TIME.</p>
