the 5 stars is for the agent who assisted not Cielo as a business!!

This was the 2nd time I ordered from Cielo and the 2nd time they messed up the delivery due to the warehouse manager not checking the orders before shipment. Cielo has great quality products (should they get the order right), but in general the overall experience was a big mission and one a customer in should not have to deal with, especially with their prices. That being said, the agent, Renuschka, who assisted in resolving the issue should get 5 stars as she went over and above to offer the best solution to the problem. I will work with her any day!!.
