Thank you Maruschka!

After some failed attempts to pay for our order through the website and PayGate with our Credit card, I took this up with Maruschka Brown, the sales consultant, via e-mail....<br> <br> At first, she could only help us on Monday (we ordered on Saturday), as the IT-person would be in then, but low and behold, one day later (on Sunday), we received an e-mail link to try and get the payment through again....this didn't work either, so we informed Maruschka again. Without any problems, she made sure she did a manual payment and even send us a proof of payment thereof, staying friendly and helpful the whole time! She even promised to keep an eye out to see if the payment does not go off on pay gate as well. It's been a pleasure working with someone so competent! My compliments for her work ethics and service towards a customer!
