Thank you Cielo!

I bought a couch from Cielo a while ago and I must say, the whole experience was painless. The great call centre agent put me in touch with Monalisa Tose, CS Liason and she was a dream! She communicated with patience, clarity, professionalism and reassurance. And was available to me on the off-chance I needed her or was feeling anxious about my options. And then the delivery itself, I did have to follow up once or twice but even then, my order was treated with urgency and professionalism. The guys came and dropped the couch in my living room, proceeded to help me assemble the legs and left just as swiftly as they'd come. I can't thank all the people I was in contact with enough for this <3
