Thank you! Brilliant service

Really mind-blowing service doesn't happen when things go right - it happens when there is a hiccup. I ordered a day bed from Cielo and it was delivered within in two days but was unfortunately the incorrect colour. I logged the issue and it was assigned to Renuschka who made contact within an hour. She arranged for its collection and replacement and made sure that it reached me in time for our houseguests arrival. She was sympathetic, professional and generally made me feel like I was in very safe hands. You have a gem of an employee there!
