TERRIBLE SERVICE DELIVERY FROM CIELO

I bought the Natalia day bed online from Cielo on 28 December 2024. Payment was made and proof of payment was emailed. On 31 December 2024 I receive an email with confirmation of payment. The sad part is that the bed is now OUT OF STOCK and will only be AVAILABLE IN MAY 2025. This is worst service ever! I can't begin to describe my disappointment. THIS ITEM WAS NOT OUT OF STOCK ON THE WEBSITE?! After reading the reviews I realised that I am not the first person to have this experience. This is terrible service!
