Terrible service and ridiculous lead time

I ordered a headboard at the store 29 May 2025. I am still waiting for it 19 July 2025. The service from Mpho at the Kramerville branch has been terrible. Given an incorrect update and simply not responding to emails. I will not buy anything from Cielo again.
