Terrible quality of products
We bought a leather armchair from this store, we've just received the delivery this afternoon. The armchair is in a terrible condition, the leather has cracks, it's very dirty and worn-out. I am very disappointed, we paid close to R10k for this chair, only to receive an old dirty chair! we didn't even take it out of the box. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. We called and sent an email, we waiting for their response.

The leather has very visible cracks, dirt and burn marks. We have sent an email to your customer service email address. I have lost trust in your service, I am extremely disappointed! Please refund us, we cannot accept this chair in this condition!
