Super slow service time and time again

Dealing with Cielo is a tremendous inconvenience every time! Delivery takes weeks, and exchanges or refunds even longer. You are not adequately kept up to date as their system sends random emails regarding the status of things that do not align with the time line. The information on their website is also incorrect so you order items based on thei information and when they arrive they have ot be returned. Will be thining twice before I purchase anything from Cielo again.
