Struggling to get resolution

I bought a strike coffee table from cielo lifestyle which has a “aluminum cargo” look the wooden table is however wrapped in a sticker that gives the aluminum look. The table has now developed unsightly air bubble all over. The entire range was discontinued about 3 months after it launched these air bubbles seems to be the reason for the discontinuation of the range. I laid a complaint on the 22’d of septemeber and it has been sent to customer care ive followed up numerous times and ive phoned cielo who informed me its now with management. I also attached about 7 photos and still there is no resolution from cielo. I am a regular customer and it should not take this long to provide a customer with some sort of resolution- I paid 4000 for the table it simply cannot last for a mere 3 months. Thats just not acceptable nor is it fair. How will this table end up looking after another few months?

Cielo has contacted me and informed me that they will either credit my account or provide me with a refund.

Dear Wilmare,

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the delay in resolution. Usually, these types of queries are finalised within 2 days. This case has been sent to management to investigate as the answer to this query was simple. We have received a batch where the aluminium sheeting layer formed bubbles and for that reason, the manufacturer has approved full credits on products giving problems.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused or the lapse in service. At Cielo we are committed to providing efficient service and we are sorry that we have failed this time.

We hope that you will consider using us again when buying furniture again.
