Store Amazing, Delivery Dismal
Overall, i have always enjoyed shopping at Cielo Somerset west, the staff is amazing and always helpful which makes it a simple process, however, Petal Express, is probably the most unorganized company when it comes to delivery. On the day of delivery i get asked can the driver deliver after hours on a Friday, so no problem, I cancel my plans, as it would be best to have the item delivered on a Friday, allowing for the weekend to set up. *pm comes and still no delivery and now no one i can phone. I phone Monday morning, no apology given and get promised it would be delivered that day, once again nothing arrives. Phone again on Tuesday morning and get asked again for an after-hour delivery which i have now said no to ask i will not cancel my plans again for the driver. Just overall dismal delivery service
